ENVIRON MODELS USAGES AND EXPIRATION

Environ invests considerably in the licensed usages of model images and video footage to create brand material for markets worldwide. Global licenses & fees are paid for by Environ and renewed or expired on an ongoing basis. Environ is committed to maintaining the integrity of the Brand and its relationships with models and agencies. In doing so, compliance across all stakeholders is vital.

The following is important. Please read carefully. Compliance Guidelines.

1. Environ model images and footage remain the intellectual property of the Environ Brand and for Environ usage only.
2. Model imagery and footage are strictly limited to a specific campaign. Please do not use Environ model images or video footage for different products/ campaigns.
3. Model imagery and footage are also strictly limited to channels or mediums such as in-store, print, digital or social media. Please comply with the channel restrictions as outlined in the document.
4. Using a model image or video without paying for usage is highly unethical. Environ has established integral relationships with model agencies and the models that the Brand aims to maintain.
5. Images cannot be used in any communication other than authorised Environ communication.
6. Please do not assign your own choice of model face to Environ communication.
7. Any party using Environ model images outside of the approved brand material provided by Environ will be at the full risk of agency penalties or usage fees. This includes the use of expired model images and or footage.
8. Please review the detailed usages information and ensure that all expired material is removed out of circulation.
9. Expired Usages

• Where expiry is indicated, images and or footage may no longer be used.
• All marketing material featuring the model must be removed (unless otherwise communicated in the document).
• Any historical social media content featuring the model does not need to be removed from the channels; however, posts may not be shared or repurposed on Environ channels or any other channel.
