This Shipping and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing shipping, delivery, and returns of products purchased through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the following terms:

Shipping and Delivery

Free express shipping for orders over $99.

$10.95 express shipping for orders under $99.

Vitahealth Skincare Pty Ltd is the authorised Distributor of Environ in WA, SA & NT only, and cannot ship product(s) outside of these states.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and other factors beyond our control. We aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner, typically within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Authority to leave can be requested by receiver at their own risk. We, Vitahealth Skincare and Australia Post will not be held liable for parcels that are lost due to incorrect delivery address supplied, stolen or damaged at the delivery address. However, we will assist you in resolving any shipping-related issues to the best of our abilities.

Click & Collect

We offer a click-and-collect service whereby you can collect your order from our office in Woodvale, WA. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be collected. Our opening hours are Monday-Thursday day 9 am until 5 pm. Friday 9 am until 4 pm.

Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive a faulty item, we will replace it, provided the item(s) is returned within 14 days of purchase. We will only replace products(s) if they are defective or damaged.

To initiate an exchange due to a faulty item, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] and provide as much information as possible, including your order number. Please be advised we cannot except any returned item(s) without proof of purchase. We will guide you through the return process. Please ensure the faulty item is returned in its original packaging and condition, including all/any accessories and documentation.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for products due to a change of mind, personal preference or on sale items. An exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to inspection and approval by Vitahealth Skincare Pty Ltd.

Returns & Reactions

If you believe you have experienced an adverse reaction to an Environ® product, please contact us within 24 hours at (08) 9408 1155 or email [email protected] to lodge your concern. Please provide us with as much detail as possible, including the following;

  • A detailed description of the reaction symptoms and how soon after applying Environ products did the reaction occur.
  • The batch number and expiry date located on the box.
  • A list of all skincare products used (including other brands).
  • Close up photographs of the affected area(s).
  • Any allergies.
  • Your history of medication, supplements and any health conditions.

We require this detailed information to lodge a formal reaction report form to Environ® South Africa. Environ® will liaise with their manufacturing facility to ensure the quality of the products(s) and possibly highlight any patterns of sensitivity to a particular item.

Return Shipping

If you need to return a faulty item, you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. If the returned item is eligible for a replacement, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

Returns and Replacements

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the fault. If the item is deemed faulty, we will proceed with issuing you with a replacement. Please allow a reasonable processing time for a replacement product(s) to be sent out to you.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Provide photographic evidence of the damaged package and items to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.

In the case of lost packages during transit, please contact our customer support team. We will work with Australia Post (our shipping carrier) to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
